Main-level water heater failures can be even more devastating, as water often leaks through flooring and permeates the subfloor. This makes a complete dry-out even more difficult. At DeShano Restoration, we have the proper equipment to check the subfloor for moisture and then conduct a complete dry-out, often without having to tear out your expensive flooring! When the flooring cannot be saved, we will coordinate with your insurance company to make sure you get a replacement flooring that is comparable in quality to what you had before the damage occurred.
